5.0 out of 5 stars. Good qualityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Car Girl from Colorado on Sunday, February 4, 2018Good for me and the 85-lb dog. Nice quality. Opted for medium length so he can't be too far from me.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice and long!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Acey from NEW YORK on Friday, February 2, 2018I love this leash. Its bright color is nice and also my medium size pitbull reacts well to the snap back feature of the bungy material. I give it four instead of five stars because it'd be nice if there was another loop in the middle to have the dog quickly at mid range instead of just having the traffic loop close to the neck. My dog is sort of short and I am tall so it's not very effective at getting her close to me quickly. Luckily she normally listens well so it will work just fine for me ^_^

3.0 out of 5 stars. DisappointingReviewed by Birddog from Colorado on Wednesday, January 31, 2018I really want to love this leash but I don't. The hook on the end to put the leash around your waist for running is so stiff it is basically impossible to take on and off. I also wish it extended a bit longer. Was hoping to use it for skiing and I think it is slightly too short unless fully extended. It seems very durable like many other ruffwear products. Maybe it will get easier to use and loosen up...

3.0 out of 5 stars. Not as shown on websiteReviewed by Dogwalker from Colorado on Tuesday, January 16, 2018This leash (as shown) is great - I have one already. However, what I was sent is the older version of the roamer leash, with the metal waist hook instead of the black plastic buckle clip. Staff were helpful and checked - the metal hook version is all they currently have. So the website photo is wrong.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Love hands free, large size a bit too longReviewed by oktomat from Michigan on Wednesday, May 17, 2017After getting sick of having to hold my dog's leash plus my cell phone while jogging, I decided to give the hand's free leash a try. Honestly, I love it and wish I had gone hands free sooner! That being said, for me the large leash is too long, hence 4 starts instead of 5 (it was the only size in stock at STP). It hasn't been too much of an issue when my dog is jogging nicely by my side, but when she sees a dog she wants to run to the leash extends too long and it becomes hard to pull her away. I'm sure the small leash is much better for those situations. Despite that, it's a pretty good leash and I enjoy using it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Strong LeashVerified Buyer Reviewed by MN Cowboy from Minnesota on Tuesday, March 21, 2017I have not been able to try this leash running yet, but I have used it on walks and it works great. It is a sturdy leash that should last for a long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars. HandsOff Fun time for AllVerified Buyer Reviewed by SD_Forester from SoDak on Wednesday, May 6, 2015Got these leashes (one in red for the hound, and one in black for the husky mutt) as a hands off option for running, pushing a stroller/jogger, and walking mutiple dogs at once. Great leashes. They are adjustable to clip around your waste (fits most people who care to walk often, I reckon). My husky doesn't almost pull me over anymore when we're running and he's gotta dump. A little more slack than we need, but overall really satisfied.

3.0 out of 5 stars. clip not that secureVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ski Fanatic from Montana on Tuesday, May 5, 2015The metal clip on this is the type that opens from the bottom by squeezing top protrusions together, not the kind with a slider that pulls down one side of the clip to open. If you are using this with a harness that has two loops that are held together by the clip, the clip opens up. I am not even sure I would use this on a single loop collar if the dog is a puller unless you have a "backup" attachment between the collar/harness and the leash in the event this clip opens or fails.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Leash!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Friday, April 24, 2015Very comfortable leash to use when you don't need total control of your dog and what to let him explore and stay close to you. The bungee has just the right "give" so you don't get pulled around as your dog moves around. The fact that you can quickly attach 2 dogs to the same leash makes it my go-to leash to carry when I don't need to leash up the whole time but may have to. I have 3 of these leashes and keep them handy in my car and back packs.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Ruffwear Roamer leashVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New Hampshire on Wednesday, April 8, 2015Good quality as expected from Ruffwear. A bit heavy overall; I wish it was a bit lighter but seems to be constructed of high quality materials.
