    Another review said the same thing. They must have some other rug labeled as this one. When the rug arrived it was similar colors but different pattern, mainly all white and had diamond shapes. Definitely not the rug in the picture. Don't waste your time buying. Now I have to return.

    I wish I could share a photo of the runner that was sent. It was the correct brand, color scheme, but totally wrong. The pattern is four giant gray diamonds over white/ivory, and only the white parts have raised shag. I really disappointed with the design on the rug, I really wanted the cute multi-pattern shown in the images. Trying to return via mail... But it was shipped to me in just clear plastic shrink wrap and there is no way that is salvageable so I don't know what to send it out it. I guess I will have to go buy a box, this is all much more trouble that it is worth!
