5.0 out of 5 stars. best shoes everVerified Buyer Reviewed by Melissa from UT on Tuesday, July 17, 2018I don't say this lightly, but I am a nurse and am on my feet for 12-13 hrs a day. these shoes hands down are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I bought them first at the black diamond outlet, and then saw these on sale here. The size is a bit large for my feet, but I knew that when I bought them, i just couldn't pass up the price!
I have worn them for work as well as hiking in the uintas. they've served me well in both capacities. I have narrow feet so the laces are a bit long but i just tuck them in and they're fine (at work I don't want much of anything touching the floor). -

5.0 out of 5 stars. very comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Fredericksburg on Thursday, March 15, 2018I normally take either an 8 or 8.5 and with these I found the 8.5 more comfortable in the toe with medium weight hiking socks. There is enough room for the front part of your foot with excellent arch support. I like the fact that you can adjust the lacing all the way down the foot for just the right amount in the correct position. The laces are a little bit long but not a bother. Love the color. These are great on the trail and on uneven city pavement.

4.0 out of 5 stars. So far, so goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by Number Seven from the northwest on Monday, September 18, 2017These are light weight and seem more like what climbers call 'approach' shoes. The amount of surface area that touches the ground is minimal as is the cushioning. They are sized accurately. Surprisingly, I have found them to feel better with a thinner sock. Due to the heavy wildfire smoke in the northwest, I've not been able to take them on a proper hike yet. So far, they feel good and look great.
