I love these boots. Granted, it's August and I haven't had snow to try them in, but they are extremely comfy and I like the look too. The insole is like a tennis shoe and even up the ankle, the padding feels good. And of course, it's hard to beat Salomon's reputation. I expect these to be warm a... Read More

I wanted a pair of boots that I could use to shovel snow and then wear into my job and either change into my shoes or leave them on. So far they are great for outdoors they kept my feet warm with just one pair of socks and weren't to warm to wear indoors. So far I like them alot and hope it stays that way. I hope they last a long time.

I have a high arch and wide feet, could get in the boots with no problem. Many boots do not fit me. These are easy to get on, which is important when you wear them for several months during the winter. My job takes me in and out of the office, so I will use them a lot.

This is the second pair, I had to send the first one back because it was to tight. Let me preface this with the fact that I have very wide feet with a high arch. I like this boot because it has arch suport for winter hikes. I love my Sorrels but my feet get tired because of the lack of support I like this boot for snowshoeing and snow hiking with the dog. It is warm, waterproof and has support with out looking like something that the Abominable Snowman would wear. Plus the price is great!

About Salomon

The legendary Salomon outdoor equipment company was founded more than 60 years ago in the French Alps by Francois Salomon. After developing the world’s first self-releasing ski binging in 1966, the company continued to grow and innovate new products. By the early 1990s, the brand had taken the wintersports market by storm with Salomon skis made using cap construction, a totally new innovation at the time. Salmon boots quickly became famous for their balance of performance and comfort on the slopes. By the turn of the century, Salomon snowboards were helping athletes push themselves in the park and powder. Today, Salomon continues to be an industry leader, with products that range from skis and snowboards to hiking boots and trail running shoes.
