They’re very warm, extremely, and not at all bulky like most other truly warm boots. I have a pair and gave a pair to my daughter and sister for Christmas a couple years back. They love them as well.

They fit like a 8.5 or 9, could barely get them on. Aside from being extremely tight once my foot was in, there were spots inside of the boot that would definitely run blisters if worn long enough.
They seem like great quality boots (sturdy and nice materials) and are very pretty to look at, but they are effectively unwearable; extremely narrow, lumpy, and wayyyyy undersized. (The pair I got was in fact an 11, I checked the number on the boot itself). Returned and will probably order my usual Keens instead... -

I’m usually a 7.5 but I ordered an 8 in these and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable, have nice grip and are the only winter boots I wear. Just ordered another pair of Santana Canadas today. The only complaint is something is funky with the zipper on one side. Won’t unzip the full length but otherwise great.

I returned them and ordered a size 10 and they barely fit also to small...i can only wear them with thin socks...should have just returned the replacement...still to small.

Loosening the laces didn’t help because they are more of a decoration. I gave a second star because I really liked the look. Too bad they are not true to size.
