Comfy but thin sole and tight fit

A worthy purchase for [$] and comfy for relaxing. Sole is thin like shoes for car racing (see Pumas). Takes a couple days to break in and get the lacing feel just right. Shoe is unstructured with a tight toebox, thin tongue, and lots of open space between the left and right side lace eyelets. First few days the lacing was too tight at top of foot causing hotspots. Gradually loosened the laces... I loosened up to almost max and now ok - I have a very average size and width foot. The bright green trim on the gray shoes STAINS light socks horribly the first couple of times you wear the shoes. Highly recommend darker socks for the first few wearings.Lastly, these are great for kicking around the house, running errands in the city, or going out. Girlfriend loved the style with jeans. Don't expect to do any heavy impact exercise, or walk over sharp, uneven surfaces like gravel. Sole is not made for that. You will feel everything beneath your forefoot.

  • Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Great with Jeans, Lightweight, Stylish
  • Sizing: Feels true to size
  • Width: Feels too narrow
