About Saucony Ride 9 Running Shoes (For Women)
Closeouts. Saucony's Ride 9 running shoes are an excellent high-mileage trainer for neutral runners. This shoe upgrades its predecessor with EVERRUN shock absorption in the heel to take pressure off the forefoot, and it offers traditional niceties like the SRC Crash Pad for a smooth heel-to-toe transition and a durable, grippy iBR+ outsole for lightweight traction.
- FlexFilm material in upper melds with mesh to give shoe a seamless, flexible feel
- SSL (Saucony Super Lite) EVA maximizes rebound and durability while minimizing weight
- SRC Impact Zone attenuates shock and aids a smooth transition
- EVERUN topsole construction offers smoother landings in the heel and reduced pressure on the forefoot
- Reflective heel element enhances low-light visibility
- Tri-Flex outsole technology helps distribute landing force over greater area for optimal flexibility
- iBR+ injection-blown rubber outsole is 33% lighter and provides more cushion than standard rubber
- 8mm heel-to-toe drop
- Imported

4.0 out of 5 stars. Overall great shoe!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Dahlia from Utah on Friday, January 12, 2018This is my 3rd pair of Saucony Ride 9 shoes in the same size. I ordered them online figuring they will fit like my last 2. They are sliding a little in my heel, so not sure what has changed from the Ride 8. But, despite that I definitely feel a boost in my running with these, I'll just have to get over the heel slip, wishing I would have gone 1/2 size smaller.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by MT Tiff from Bozeman on Monday, October 23, 2017I wear a 9.5 in Asics and Mizuno but these have a smaller toe box and I needed a 10. I sent back and exchanged. Best thing about these is good forefoot cushioning and low toe-heel rise, perfect for trying to run faster avoiding the heel strike. Because of the low rise they are also great for cross training like HIIT and P90X.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Good shoes for road runningVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jogger from Idaho on Friday, October 20, 2017These are lovely shoes for road running but buyer beware, they run small! I am always a size 8 but I needed a size 8.5 in these.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great SupportVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tonya from Utah on Thursday, October 12, 2017These shoes are very comfortable and give great support. I love that they have a little bit wider front foot bed but narrow heel than other shoes. I am exciting to try these and see how they compare to the Saucony Kinvara's as that is what I have worn for the past 3 years. I have loved the Kinvara's and the Ride's look to be a similar shoe and I wanted to give them a go.

5.0 out of 5 stars. comfortable shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Doc Language from Kansas City on Tuesday, October 10, 2017A great looking shoe as well as comfortable. I use these as walking shoes. The sole guides your foot to fall properly straight forward, without rotation in or out, so pressure is distributed evenly. The laces snug the shoe securely around the foot AND stay tied without double-knotting. I have foot problems (hallix rigidus) with arthritis in my toe knuckles, and these shoes allow me to get my 9,000+ steps a day in without pain. The wide width looks slimming on the foot as well. They are more blue than the green in the picture.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Uncomfortable!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sara from Cape Cod on Thursday, October 5, 2017I returned these immediately because they were very uncomfortable. I have a high arch and these shoes felt very flat to me- almost no cushioning.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Saucony Ride Running shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by ann from Illinois on Tuesday, October 3, 2017This is the 3rd pair of Saucony Ride running shoes that I have bought at Sierra. These are a great fit, offer a lot of support and is a great price considering other places are double this in price. I have shopped other brands and always come back to Saucony. I do a lot of running as well as walking and these are my go to shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Running ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Evette from Colorado on Friday, September 29, 2017I purchased the Gray/black shoe, it is made of a different fabric and seems to bemuch more durable. These are comfortable running shoes and have a sturdy sole that works well on the road or on the trail.
