Verified Buyer Reviewed by Gym rat from Palo Alto, CA on Tuesday, December 6, 2016Warning: that lime green part is *really* bright.
I wanted a wide toe box, flexibility, not much drop (these are 4mm), and some cushion, but not a super aggressive tread, and these seemed to fit the bill. I have the Xodus, which I love, but the tread is too aggressive indoors. The Zealot is a completely different shoe. It's kinda like your toes are suspended up by a little shelf that holds the ball of your foot. Comfortable, great to run in, but takes a little getting used to. Not really the right shoe for indoor lifting and other gym work.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Shellmar from MN on Tuesday, November 29, 2016Saucony are my go-to shoes - these feel like a slipper on your foot. Nice cushioning. Unfortunatley, due to the lightweight of the Zealot, the soles of the shoes wear out quite quickly (2-3 months for me - I use them to walk on the street, not off-road).
Verified Buyer Reviewed by running mama from Indiana on Saturday, November 26, 2016I've been wearing Saucony Kinvaras but I needed something a little more. These were perfect. They have a good wide toe box that I need more and more the older I get. I do put my custom orthotics in them as well. I bought 2 more pairs while they were available because I never know how the new models will compare!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lala the runner from Mississippi on Wednesday, November 16, 2016I usually wear a 10B. However, too short. My toes hit the front of the shoe. Bummer, they are nicely padded.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Runner from Boston on Thursday, October 27, 2016The sneakers fit perfectly. I paid $150 for the same ones at a running shoe store.
