3.0 out of 5 stars. Scarpa freedom slVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from WA on Tuesday, December 18, 2018I have had multiple sets of Scarpa ski boots, Alpine and tele, and the size 27 always fits me well but this one did not. It was tight in the forefoot and big in the toe box. I did not get them heat molded as I doubt these faults would improve much.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Not enough cant latitudeReviewed by Ben from NH on Saturday, December 1, 2018Even with the cant adjust maxed out, you can't even get the center of your kneecap over the centerline of the ski. The center of my kneecap sits about 2cm outside of the ski centerline (I normally have my kneecap 2cm inside of the ski centerline). The result is that you are forced to ski with way too much edge making it hard to get the skis out from under you in big super G turns. Also compared to an alpine racing boot the flex is way soft for it being a 120. Finally the toe box comes so roomy that you are limited in how much fitting you can do to get it snug around a low volume foot. I got these on clearance from STP for around $175 so at least I didn't break the bank on a disappointing purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Terrible WarentyReviewed by Zoe Petersen from Washington on Sunday, March 25, 2018I skied on thease boots for about half the season at Mt Baker (skiing 4-5 days a week). One day I looked down and realized the toe had cracked just below the buckle. A few days later the other boot cracked too. I got in touch with warenty and it had now been almost TWO MONTHS LATER. I love the boots, but have been super bummed about the customer service.

5.0 out of 5 stars. No snow.....Verified Buyer Reviewed by steve from Michigan on Thursday, March 1, 2018These boots arrived amidst a Pure Michigan warm up of ^0 degree weather in February. My local hill has closed for the season, and I have not been able to make a road trip.
They do appear to be good quality. I cooked the liners and fitted them to my feet, but have not been able to actually ski. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot for touring and alpineVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jared from Avon, CO on Monday, February 26, 2018I just got these and wore them a few days with the alpine soles on a resort. They were quite comfortable to ski and walk around it. The buckles and power strap allowed me to fine tune the fit throughout the day. The cuff range of motion is pretty large, so I will be interested to see how these perform on a skin.

4.0 out of 5 stars. High quality boots for skinny calvesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Seattle, WA on Tuesday, January 30, 2018I have pretty big calves from lots of various physical pursuits and find these are really, really tight on the top two buckles, even after adjusting them as loose as possible. That said, they're great quality, stiff, and very adjustable. I'm hoping that I can mold the liners to make them fit a little better.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Too SmallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Brian from California on Thursday, January 25, 2018These boots look sleek and feel solid. But I can't use them because although I'm generally between 9-9.5, the size 27 is TINY. Barely can fit my foot in, and if i try to close the latches, my circulation is cut off in an instant. So I've got to order a 28 or 28.5. Just can't trust the 27=Us mens 9 for this boot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot, great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rick from Idaho from Northern Rockies on Monday, December 4, 2017I wear a size 9.5-10 US shoe size and a 26.5 in this boot (somewhat smaller than the Scarpa website would have suggested). Since I wanted to use these boots on skis with alpine bindings I purchased the Vibram Mountain Piste Soles directly from Scarpa. I took the boots to a local ski shop to get them heat-molded to my feet ($40); swapped the soles in my car, then went back inside and dropped the boots and skis off to get the bindings adjusted & tested ($20). I have skied in them several times and they are definitely an upgrade from my old boots (which were 5 year old Garmont Endorphins). I think this boot is from a prior ski season but the only difference I can see is that the coloring is a little different from the this years model. At about 50% off retail these were a great find.
