These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box!! I like the way they made the back of the ankle a little lower because it does not rub into your ankle. NOTE: the sizing is different than dress shoes for example, I wear a EU 40 which is a 9 USA size. I ordered the EU 41 because the add said it was the 9 USA and sure enough it was and they fit perfect. I wore them all day and gave them the big test while cleaning house and my feet felt great! They have support and grip.

Would have loved to kept these boots. Unfortunately they rubbed the left side of my ankle. Wish they came in a lower cut. Very comfortable for the time spent in the house trying them out. Good flexibility with great support. Best of luck.

I ordered a size larger because of foot issues, so now I need to find inserts to make them fit a bit better. But they are comfortable, don't elevate the toes like so many others, and the toe area is roomy & wide. Nice & light-weight for three-season use. I just wish they had a loop in the back for pulling them on. The laces are more like shoe laces, but I expect they'll hold up as they're woven from recycled materials. One thing I didn't't realize is that Nubuk is a type of suede.

These boots were better then I thought they would be. Definately made in China, but they offer good support without too much weight and I kept them. I still think $100 bucks STP price is too much, but good shoes that fit at any price are sometimes hard to come by. I paint. They have enough support for that. The medium rating is for style, china made and the color. True to fit.

Founder Luigi Parisotto launched his footwear career in a small outbuilding, crafting handmade shoes for locals with a nearly fanatical attention to detail. After cultivating a flawless reputation among his patrons, Luigi eventually switched from work boots to mountaineering boots, and Scarpa boots were born. Today, more than six decades later, Scarpa climbing shoes and mountaineering boots remain among the very best in the sporting industry. By fusing modern technology with an old-world attention to craftsmanship, Scarpa shoes and boots provide superior comfort for adventure-seekers who demand the absolute best.
