Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tomas from C-Ville on Sunday, February 26, 2017This an an extremely comfortable lightweight trail runner. Somewhat minimal, but still provides needed protection and cushioning. I've had to slowly transition to the drop. Coming from a 10+mm trail shoe. These are my short run shoes and will be for the next month or so. Want to let for calves and achilles adjust in order to avoid injury. I can see this being my go to trail shoe in the near future.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Johnny the Hiker II from Washington State on Friday, February 3, 2017Very comfortable shoe. Glad I followed sizing advice and purchased a half-size larger than my standard size. I have to wear a left-foot orthotic to compensate for a leg-length discrepancy. I think I got lucky with this shoe as it accommodates my insole really well---the shoe offers stretch without feeling loose and sloppy.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Oregon on Monday, January 30, 2017Well made, light weight running shoe. This is actually the second pair I bought because of the price. I ran the first pair ragged in the first 6 months.....I liked the sole and padding when they are fairly new, but they seemed to break down rather quickly. Like I said, for the money they are great.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ricci from Austin on Friday, December 23, 2016For the price ausome!Hard stiff reliable shoe.
Reviewed by Hiker Guide from Alaska on Friday, December 2, 2016Lets start off with that they look cool, right? I get compliments on them all the time. Next is the weight or lack there of. Some people have said they feel cheap or too thin? They're fine, trust me. I'm that guy who has too much gear, and I know what's cheap or not. Yes, the material is a bit thin. But, the last thing these shoes are cheap or poorly made. They are more than worth the 40 bucks.
They are definitely best suited for the trail. On concrete they feel like you're wearing a shoe made for dirt if you know what I mean? Kinda a little too grippy? Definitely doable for everyday use, though. Overall they can't be beat for the price.
