  • A fair amount, I'd say. Enough for me, but the shoe thing is very, very subjective, I'm afraid. Right now, I happen to have them on, and I walk constantly in them, without my usual custom insoles. As I said in my review of them, I like the way, they hold the foot. It feels like there is more wrap around support for the foot, like a glove that is made for the foot. I've seldom gotten that sense from other foot wear. -- Hope this helps.
