I own another set of knives from the Schmidt brothers and was buying these as a gift. This is not the quality, i was hoping to present to my in laws.

The ones I received were brand new. These knives are great for the price and perform like a much more expensive set of knives. Yes, they're Chinese made but at the price point its to be expected. Overall 4/5 easy.
