Great line for saltVerified Buyer Reviewed by ScottunNC from North Carolina on Monday, March 6, 2017Line loads my new Scott Meridien rod up perfectly. I have had problems getting a line that loaded the new 7wt up but this one was perfect. Shoots well, and I like the multi texture line. Very happy - thinking about ordering new lines for many of my other big salt rods.
Good line in the windReviewed by Trenton Angler from New Jersey on Monday, February 20, 2017I used this line on a 7 wt rod in strong winds on Ascension Bay a couple of weeks ago, going for bonefish. Worked like a charm. Not the most delicate presentation in the world, but the pronounced shooting head works well when you need to load up your back cast and shoot line. Pronounced shooting head without being "over the top". FYI, I'm buying the same line for my 8 & 9 weight rods (and paying full price!!!), which gives you an idea what I think of it.
