About SeaVees 02/60 7-Eye Trail Boots - Leather (For Women)
Closeouts. Simply styled, the Seavees 02/60 7-Eye Trail boots take their inspiration from boots worn at the 1960 Squaw Valley Winter Olympics. With a handstitched moc toe and oiled rawhide laces, this leather boot is infused with vintage charm and provides ultimate comfort, too, thanks to the generously cushioned footbed and light, crepe rubber outsole.

Unique and well madeReviewed by Dissigennie from CA on Sunday, January 7, 2018I quite like these boots, they look good but not like what everyone else is wearing. They are unlined, but the leather seems to be good quality. I hit them with an extra coat of wax, but I think they were fairly water resistant to begin with. I bought my usual size (8.5), which has room for thick socks. Because you lace up the top however tight you want it's not really a problem if there is some space around your toes.
They've kept my feet happy when it's ±40F and rainy, but at 30F I can't feel my toes, even with super thick wool socks. The inspiration is the Squaw winter olympics, but you won't want to wear these if it's cold enough to snow.
LOVE LOVE LOVEVerified Buyer Reviewed by ksimmons from greenville . sc on Wednesday, January 3, 2018These boots are so comfortable. Unfortunately, they are a little big. I typically wear a 7.5 but only an 8 was available. Going off of that, I assume these fit true to size. Even with socks, they are big. I may order the 7's. They remind me of a high end boot that Free People would carry.
Love!Reviewed by Queen Lee from Massachusetts on Tuesday, November 21, 2017These boots are so comfortable, like wearing slippers. The leather is buttery soft and the style is really cute and unique. They are true to size...love them!
Run BigVerified Buyer Reviewed by YogaMo from Montana on Friday, September 29, 2017Nice leather. Soft and buttery. Not an easy boot to get on but they look good once they're on I wear a six and a half or 7 I ordered a 7 and it was huge I would say go down a full size or a half they are not insulated they're great fall boots I doubt they would keep your feet warm in the winter
Great boots!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jessica from Califorina on Thursday, September 21, 2017These are almost slipper like, lots of stretch and roomy. Good for mild weather, and hanging out. I would not hike or walk too far. Not a ton of support. I love waring them to work.
Warm, Lightweight, UniqueVerified Buyer Reviewed by DanielletheViking from Utah on Friday, November 4, 2016Pros: Cheap, soft leather, grippy soles, unique
Cons: unlined - my socks got stained from the naked leather, the laces broke but thankfully there are extra laces
Yet to tell if they are water-resistant. I bought these shoes as a college student in a town with bad winters and needed something I could trek up to campus with that wasn't an ugly hiking boot. These should do the trick :)
Great boots, but...Verified Buyer Reviewed by MJ from Minneapolis on Sunday, October 23, 2016These are exactly as described-- a vintage style, with thick, high quality leather and crepe sole. However, I had a terrible time getting my feet into them, as the unlined leather grabbed my socks and wouldn't let them slide in! And while I've always resented lace-up boots which also have a zipper (Why have the laces? I always think), in this case I would've preferred that. You really have to pull the laces VERY loose all the way down to get a socked foot into them, and unless you can wear a thick sock in this kind of boot, why have them at all? I wear a 38 (lifelong 7, but more and more a 7.5 these days), and the 7.5 was fine once I got my foot in, but without a lot of spare room for a thick sock. If you're looking for a more cushioned, supportive footbed, these are not for you...and not a lot of spare room for an extra insole. I returned them.
