The worst leg "warmers" I've ever seen

First of all, I am a highly experienced cyclist and I should know better than to buy anything b/c it looks cute, but... I did b/c my other clothing was getting worn out.
Second, these are neither 'leg' nor 'warm' -- I'm almost 5'7" when i wake up in the morning-- my legs are not particularly long. I weigh about 140 lbs, evenly distributed on my body. I ordered a medium. But if these 'leg' warmers were pulled up to the almost crotch (where you wear leg warmers when you ride a bike) then... the bottom end was up mid-calf (in other words, they are the length of what most people call knee warmers). But they have zippers at the ankle...which couldn't close at the mid calf since they are designed to close at skinny ankles. So I tried to make them up as far as possible and still zip at the ankles.
Third, there is no fleece or anything on inside as advertised, they are just a THIN layer of spandex.
Fourth, so I got on my bike. Of course within less than 3 miles they were gapping (had pulled down below the end of my shorts), and despite pulling them up repeatedly, they wouldn't stay in place, but eventually worked their way down PAST MY KNEES.
I have never experienced such horrible design and craftsmanship.
Nice color and polka dots, though.
