    The block pot was shattered all the way around on it's arrival. However, one quick email to the customer service staff and they had refunded me my money. The fern and stand are cute. I might try to still use them.

    Similar to another reviewer, this arrived cracked and broken. The shipping doesn't give this pot a chance of surviving to its destination. Arrives in a big box, but it appears they try to strap it in (one of the straps was broken), and it has very little padding, and I mean VERY little. It was a bit smaller than expected but would have been okay. It seems like this is going to be more of a hassle to ship back, so it was a wasted twenty dollars. Save your money and don't buy this unless Sierra assures that they have changed the method they use to ship this piece.

    We ordered this tree and a dresser was shipped to us instead. Called customer service and they said they made a mistake and they now have no more trees, so we never got our tree. Asked to speak to the manager and they never got back with us! Very disappointed!
