These look great except that no where in the description does it mention that these headphones are for Apple products. Too bad...had to return them as we're not an Apple family.

I'm trying to see where it is obvious that these are made specifically for use with Apple products? (Per previous reviewer - advertised where??) Unless you have some outside info beyond how they're described here on STP (I'm racking my brain trying to see where I missed it!)? I bought these for Christmas gifts and, while I think they'd be well received by my kids, they don't use Apple devices, and I can't justify keeping these knowing that the full functionality isn't possible or certain because they're specifically designed for iPod/iPhone/iPad. We love STP for the great deals on great products, though I have to say the shipping box was completely open, untaped and torn, with additional un-bagged clothing items covered with dirt (I totally get that it was probably a shipper thing) but, then I was disappointed to read the headphone boxes to see that this website doesn't tell a pretty significant detail about these headphones (seriously...am I losing my mind?).

Maybe these are worth 5 stars but I'm, admittedly, rating this experience, not the product itself.

Disappointed. The quality of the sound is above average, but the earpiece covering keeps separating and exposing the foam and speaker. Returning the second pair for this same reason
