Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mountain Momma from Portland ME on Tuesday, November 28, 2017I wanted a lighter pair for winter cycling and use the heavier style for skiing. These are perfect! Smartwool is a quality product and the prices are unbelievable on STP!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by C Monster Dad from Wisconsin on Thursday, November 16, 2017Seems like the perfect weight for Spring skiing (which is what I wanted). Dont think they would keep most people warm in the heart of winter.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by JimmyZ2Ski from N. Idaho on Thursday, November 16, 2017I have not worn these to the slopes w/boots yet but I have given then a test drive in the cabin. They fit and appear to be constructed well. They are soft and snug in the arch and calf. I'm guessing they will not fall under direst.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Greenhouse Worker from NC on Wednesday, November 15, 2017You will never go wrong with SmartWool. I work outside and when I put these socks on, my day immediately gets better!!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by IT Dude from Coloardo on Monday, October 30, 2017My wife loves them. Warm yet thin and lightweight. Highly recommended.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Pita from Here and now on Sunday, October 29, 2017I feel like I’m wearing socks.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by vanc from SC on Friday, December 9, 2016I knew they were 2nds when I purchased them. They are really picked and have a small hole in the toe. I hope to get one wear out of them. My opinion is they should not have been sold as even 2nds.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by SBJ from Denver on Wednesday, December 7, 2016I like these socks. If you don't want ultralight these aren't the socks for you.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Walker from Colorado on Wednesday, November 23, 2016Pros:Perfect fit, no bunching under my toes when I wear boots and shoes.
Super soft, non itchy wool.
Very comfortable to wear for extended period.
Keeps my feet warm, but not too warm.
Just right weight.
No sagging or slippage anywhere.
Tops stay in place.
Machine washs well in cold water, gentle cycle. No shrinkage.
Great value when on sale, very good value at regular price.
Cons(?):The fit is very tight on my feet and the entire length of my leg. They fit like support socks. It takes a little extra time to
put the socks on, and to take them off. This is precisely why the fit is pefect. The socks do not interfere with my blood
circulation, but they might for people with poor circulation.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by catachap from Catskills on Tuesday, November 15, 2016They are 2nds, but the fit is great and I can't find any imperfections.
