Great tights!Reviewed by CedarGirl from Seattle on Thursday, November 2, 2017I usually wear M (5ft7'', 132 lb), but after my first disappointment with Smartwool I always order L and so I did this time, too. Great fit. These tights are just a little tiny bit itchy, so if you are super sensitive, you might not enjoy them. I don't mind, I love merino and I love these cute tights. I already regret that I did not buy 2 pairs. I bought gray - a light tone to make cold days a bit less dark.

So far, I love them. The fabric feels really good and not itchy at all, and they've washed really well well thus far (hand wash, air dry). I bought them in both S and M, because I heard they run short, but the S fit me so well that I returned the M without bothering to try them on. (I'm 5'4'', 115 lbs).

I'm wearing them under skinny jeans today as they add warmth with invisible bulk. I'm sure they'd work under leggings too. There's a subtle itching to them, but not so bad that it's a deal breaker. I'm highly sensitive to allergens, so that may be part of it.
