Love these liner socks. I use them for everyday socks, they are thin but warm and aren't bulky under dressier shoes. I like all Smartwool socks, but these seem to wear longer than the other hiking and casual socks. I wish they made them in colors.

Lightweight liner socks. Irregulars with snags on the cuffs which I hope do not eventually make holes. They were inexpensive (less than $4). I am between sizes in Smartwool (women's 6.5-7) and ordered Size M/L and these are a bit long. The cuff comes up pretty high on my calf and has a tendency to fall down. I bought them to wear under tighter fittting casual/dress boots and shoes. I do have a pair I bought elsewhere so I knew what I was going to get. Probably should have bought something else.

They fit great but I wouldn't wear them in warm weather. They made my feet hot on 12 mile hike in 80 degree weather.

I have many pairs of Merino wool socks but still have problems with sweaty feet so when I read a website that spoke about liners, I invested in these and they've worked well.

I like the weight of these socks, but they don't stay up. I have lots of other Smartwool socks and never had this problem before. I washed them hoping they would shrink a little and stay up, but so far no change. Plan to try hot water in the next wash.
