Better than synthetic sports bras, but not 100% merino. And…the sizes REALLY vary.

I bought this bra for long distance trail running, to remain comfortable when my bra gets soaked with sweat and/or rain. I wear a 36B in regular bras. I got a size M in this bra. As running bras go, this one is moderately supportive. It is extremely stretchy, which makes it VERY comfortable. At the same time, the stretchiness allows for some bounce while running, which is not very comfortable. Because I have not found any other merino bras that are more supportive, and because of the great prices available at STP (especially when using a good coupon), I ordered a handful of these. The biggest problem with these bras is that they vary in size--markedly--despite all being "Mediums" according to the labels. And the size variance does not correspond to color. I got two gray ones: one fits fine, the other is so small that I had to return it. The blue one is the biggest of the bunch; the purple one, the smallest (except for the itty bitty gray one). I wish the bras were 100% merino, instead of just being lined with merino, but that may not be possible because wool does not really stretch and might not make for a functional sports bra. When soaking wet, these bras definitely feel "warmer" against the skin than synthetic running bras do.
