5.0 out of 5 stars. Very comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bekah the Hiker from California on Monday, July 3, 2017I love smartwool socks. They are so durable, comfortable, a fun pattern, and a great price. This pair is nice and thin, so I'm even using them for summer hiking with my tennis shoes, and they don't stretch out. Awesome quality!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love Smartwool socks!Verified Buyer Reviewed by cigi from US on Wednesday, May 17, 2017I had a few pairs already before buying more. These are the best prices that I've come across and needed them for work. I wear Smartwool all, year, round.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Cycle socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by RetiredNH from Lakes region NH on Saturday, May 6, 2017I like to wear wool socks for all sports and have several other pairs of smart wool socks. These are nice looking but cuff is somewhat tighter than I'd like.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Sweet Find!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Terri from Cape Cod on Friday, December 30, 2016I've never gone wrong with SmartWool. This season there have been lots of sales but only limited, size small inventory. I was pleased to find an available Medium.

5.0 out of 5 stars. great product great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Forestrymom from Alabama on Tuesday, December 27, 2016Each December I treat my family (and myself) to SmartWool socks. I always order them from Sierra Trading post because the price is great and the quality never fails. Although some are marked as "seconds" I have never found a problem with the products. Thanks for providing a great product at a wonderful price!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great for Mountain BikingReviewed by Anonymous from Florida on Sunday, June 8, 2014These are just what I needed for mountain biking. They are nice and thin and I noticed a difference between these and my old cotton socks as far as heat is concerned. My feet stayed much cooler. The top is nice and snug so they stayed up and didn't droop any. Of course, my ankles are pretty little, so for someone with larger calves or ankles may find it too snug. A bonus to the nice tight top is there's no way ticks can get under the lip of my socks while I'm out I the woods brushing against all sorts of foliage. Definitely a winner for me. The size small worked perfectly for a size 6 foot.

2.0 out of 5 stars. too tight for this girlReviewed by Anonymous from Arizona on Tuesday, October 8, 2013I had read other reviews that said these were too snug at the ankle, but because I'd mostly found SmartWool to run just a smidge big for me, I got them anyway. The reviews are right. I can wear them for brief periods, like my bike ride to work and back, but certainly would not be able to tolerate them all day. Uncomfortably tight at the top band, leaving a groove in the ankle and swelling/numbness/pain above and below if worn much more than an hour at a time. I'll keep for the short trips, but that's it
