Decent for walking. One big blistering problem when it comes to hiking/running...

So I bought these to use in a pair of trail runners that I both hike and run in. They seem comparable in quality to the Dr. Scholls insoles I've worn before. The problem with these is that the round gel at the heel sticks up and rubs against the skin through my sock, causing me to develop a perfectly round blister that's the same size and shape as the gel. It's truly bizarre looking and has put a big crimp in my career as a foot model. I think if you use these insoles for limited walking, you should be OK, but I'd look elsewhere if you want to hike or run with them.
