True to size - I am a 6.5 and the 7 is perfect. I need a shoe horn to get them on, but they feel very secure on my feet once they are there. The sole gives you a bit of a rolling gait that makes me stand straighter - like wearing high heels without stressing your feet.

These shoes fit me but they're really hard to get on. The top band of leather that goes over the arch is either a little tight or needed some elastic? However, when I used a shoehorn, much easier to get on and they're comfortable and look good. Thin socks only though. They were inexpensive enough that I decided to keep them, hopefully they'll stretch a bit with wear.
