I wear a 5.5 or 6 M and the 6 fit fairly snug, especially in the toes. The cushioned footbed is very soft and comfy, but you may want to order half to full size larger depending on how much wriggle room you want. Ordered the red and really like the color--a dark cherry with enough red to call some attention yet subtle enough to pair with most neutrals. Very happy with this purchase.

Still a bit "pinch-y" in the toes, but am hoping they ease up. Since they're actually leather, they probably will, and then they'll be some of my favorite shoes -- fingers crossed!
