I found this to be a great boot especially if you live in deep snow areas, you know, with out sidewalks & pavement....The middle of no where on acreage where digging paths that long impractical. Use your feet to make a path.

    • I am normally a 6.5 and I found the size 7 to be too snug (my toes touch the end). I recommend sizing up possibly a whole size. Others have also reported that this shoe runs slightly small. It turns out that an 8 fits me perfect with plenty of room for a pair of wool socks (or two). I generally do not like for my winter boots to be too snug because of my Raynaud's. HTH

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
