I'm a big fan of Sorel's in general - I have 3 pairs of boots and now these sandals. Sorel's tend to run 1/2 size large I've found. I normally wear a size 8, but order 7 1/2 in Sorel. These sandals r made very well. Stylish and comfortable. Reason for 4 star is they tend to slip off some when walking. I have found the more I wear them the less that happens. Overall I love the sandal and color. True to size.

I really like the arch support on these sandals, hard to come by in a flip-flop-type shoe. Also the bottom tread is grippy so you don't feel like you are going to slide across the floor as you do with some. The leather straps fit securely over my foot, so there is no fear of the sandal coming off.

I love the looks of this sandal, but the strap across the arch is ever-so-slighly too tight, which makes these shoes difficult to keep on my feet. The molded sole is a bit awkward too, and there is nothing for the toes to grab to keep these in place. Too bad, they really are cute.

About Sorel

Canadians know a thing or two about cold weather, so it's not surprising they were behind one of the most popular cold-weather boots ever created. Sorel - founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1962 - is perhaps best known for the ubiquitous Caribou, a boot that pioneered the use of a unique material that reflected heat back to the foot. This reflective material was incorporated into Sorel's advanced four-layer construction process that includes a weather-resistant shell, wicking liners and ThermoPlus® felt inner liners to keep feet dry and toasty. Now nearly a century old, Sorel continues to meet the rigorous demands of today's active lifestyles - from snowmobiling to snowshoeing, sledding to skiing - with its highly respected line of footwear and apparel.
