Backpacker's Pantry offers a lot more vegetarian options than Mountain House, which is great. Plus they're a local business (for where I live). I've had several of their meals and none of them have been good though. I bought this one thinking that spaghetti is something that's difficult to mess up. They messed it up. It has a bitter flavor to it, probably due to the green peppers. Come on people.
