It is a little bit large for the size XL, plus the fabric is very stretchy. The effect is a little slouchy on me. I'm happy with this for the comfort, but if you want something that fits more closely, order a size smaller.

It fits great - glad I don't have thicker arms, because the sleeves are none too roomy. The v-neck is quite low, so I may decide that it can't be worn at the office. The fabric is thin and soft.
