The fabric is thick enough to be worn w/o a bra ( hooray!) which is nice since it is definitely an off shoulder style! Will be cute with white or black shorts/ capris this Spring & Summer. Although the label was cut to obscure the brand, the care instructions indicate it is made by GAP. One star deducted because it says not to put in dryer.
