Great shorts. Fabric wicks well and dries quickly. Wide legs allow freedom of movement without being too large. Drawstring waste is comfortable and keeps snug while accessing gel pocket.

Running. They have a pocket in the back that is square in the middle lined up over your crack. Unusual, but clever. I guess it's for a key or gel packs.

  • “Do these shorts have regular pockets or a pocket for an iPod and ID?”
Asked by JohnM from Jacksonville, FL on 3/28/2010 12:00:00 AM
    • These shorts have a pocket on the back (you can see it when you click on the larger image alt view). It should be able to fit small items like a key and a small iPod.

    • It has a rear zip pocket that would accommodate an iPod and ID.

    • Shorts have a small zippered pocket in back for iPod and ID or key. Ipod would have to lie sideways.

    • A single zippered pocket is just below the waistline in the rear. It will definitely hold an iPod and an ID or hotel pass key.

About SportHill

The SportHill apparel brand traces its roots to founder Jim Hill’s career as a world-class runner. Unhappy with the cotton and nylon layers he competed in during his time as an All-American at the University of Oregon, Hill began a search for apparel that would stand up to the demands of elite athletes. This search led Hill to create his own clothing line designed to provide top-flight performance in demanding conditions. SportHill clothing introduced 3SP fabric to the industry, which soon established a reputation as the fastest drying fabric in the world, and SportHill pants and shirts carry on the brand’s legacy of engineering apparel that delivers unparalleled quality and performance.
