1.0 out of 5 stars. worst purchase I ever made from STPReviewed by DM from Pennsylvania on Wednesday, February 27, 2019Actually tried to write to the company (the instructions on the packing instruction sheet) to request a refund but absolutely no response received;
concept is great and would have been a perfect portable crate for camping and such
it assembles easily if you follow the meager directions exactly, however the picture is deceiving
once together it is impossible to take apart as the plastic pipes fit so tightly that you can't get them out
after much struggling to disassemble and reassemble during our trip the sleeves tore away from the siding material with just the one use and not because we were tugging or pulling on the material abnormally
STP will credit which is great
I can't get over how poorly this is made but it is pretty inexpensive, so you get what you pay for -

Don't make the mistake I did by attaching the rods too tightly into the corner pieces. By the time I got the kennel apart, 3 of the sleeves had ripped at the seams. I returned it for a pop-up version by the same company.

Opens easily! I put it up and just left it to see what our dog would do. He went right in and laid down, no problem. I added the “tee pee” dog bed to make it softer and he loves that too!
Would highly recommend.
