Runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Aida Dan from NC on Saturday, March 31, 2018It runs so small and short - I was not able to try it on.
But material seems nice.
Great pants - runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by shsco from Colorado on Wednesday, March 14, 2018Great quality, great cut BUT runs super small. I am a size 4 and had to get a size 8. My other Spyder pants are a size 6.
Nice, quality pants but run SMALLReviewed by Momof3ontherun from Chicago on Wednesday, February 28, 2018Agree with other reviewers that these run very small. I'm usually a size 6 and ordered a 10. They fit, but I probably could have even gone with a 12 and been ok since there are adjustable waist tabs in the back. The length also seems to be on the shorter side, although this was not a problem for me - it actually worked out well because I have short legs. That aside, these are very nice, high-quality ski pants with technical features you'd expect from a top brand. The orange color will definitely stand out on the slopes and the price can't be beat!
Quality constructionVerified Buyer Reviewed by fianna from wa on Monday, February 26, 2018These pants are well made; the materials and tailoring are excellent for this discounted price! As other reviewers have said, they run small. I generally wear a 6 in pants, ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly. (The Spider website has a nice fit guide.)
I appreciate the adjustable waistband to tighten the back of the waist - a place pants often gap on me. The flare at the bottom is just right to fit and stay over boots. The nip at the knee gives a nice feminine fit.
The only downside I've found is that they aren't quite as warm as other pants I've owned. With the usual base layer underneath, they are still a bit chilly. But they are certainly not thin, and again, the construction feels excellent.
Super pleased with these quality, flattering pants!
Odd sizing - small and shortVerified Buyer Reviewed by Saddleback91 from Kentucky on Tuesday, February 13, 2018After reading other reviews describing these pants running very small I purchased a size 10 (normally my 5'9", 140 lb, slim/athletic frame is a 4-6, medium or size 28). They were still too small and they are very short stopping above my ankles! I was able to pull them on.. but felt like I squeezed into something that I wore as a child. These pants may be tailored more towards petite women.
Other than that, they are great quality pants with a comfy soft interior lining. The orange is very bright and vibrant. Sorry I had to return them.
Spyder Ski PantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lynn H from Texas on Monday, February 12, 2018These Ski Pants are so comfortable. I had to buy 1 size larger because they run small. Love ther Velcro, adjustable waist straps for a better fit. Very warm.
Spyder Ski pantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lynn H from Granbury TX on Friday, February 2, 2018I love the pants. They match the jacket I got on Sierra Trading Post. Had to get 1 sz larger. I wear a 10 so I had to get a 12. Waist is adjustable. Price was amazing on clearance ??
Fantastic Pants!! (Just size up!)Reviewed by Snowdancer from Utah on Thursday, February 1, 2018Just back from Utah and 20" of snow our first 3 days. Temps ranged from 0°F - low 20's, with wind chill to -8°F. I'm a brand new skier and spent my first day riding the lift up and sadly falling my way down the slopes in every way imaginable - head first, feet first, face in powder, sliding on back, skidding on my side, landing in a 2' snow bank. I put these pants through the ringer. They kept me well-covered, snow out, very warm/dry, and completely ventilated b/c despite snow, I was working up a sweat. DO size up! I'm 5'6", 145 lbs and normally wear size 8. I tried size 12 and 14 but preferred size 14. It gave me plenty of room for wool leggings and an extra base layer without feeling stuffed into my pants, or constricting movement. The velcro feature on the belt let me snug up the waist nicely. I also like the cut of the tailored legs. The interior lining is extremely comfy and soft. I could not be happier with these pants and at $109, they are a steal so I bought a 2nd pair.

Great quality pantsReviewed by Angela from Michigan on Wednesday, January 17, 2018These pants are super great quality and this is a great deal! I just went snowboarding this past weekend in Wisconsin under -5F condition, these are very comfortable and kept me nice and warm. The previous comments are very useful that these pants indeed run very small. I did some research on Spyder's website and based on model's fit and people's comments I decided to go 2 sizes up what I normally wear and they fit perfectly. I am 5'4", about 105 to 108lb, normally wear size 0 or 2 and I got size 6 for these pants.
