STP resolved the problem

I'd previously written a review concerning this chair arriving broken. When I returned it, I asked for an exchange. Instead of an exchange I received a refund and was charged freight on the return shipment. To their credit, STP has credited me back for the shipping charges. I appreciate the company standing behind their products and, in the end, taking care of the customer.

BTW - still really like these chairs (I own 1) - just wish they held up a little better during shipping.
