Verified Buyer Reviewed by Amy from Alexandria from Virginia on Tuesday, March 31, 2015I had to send these back because they are cut small. They also fall at an odd spot on my legs -- a little long for shorts, but too short for capris.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Josie from Loudonville, NY on Thursday, March 12, 2015Really wanted to get a pair of casual shorts for summer when running errands and traveling or on long trail walks. These did not fit at all: the rise was too short and the fabric color was very yellow. I was very disappointed and will not try this brand again. They have been returned.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ckayrun from San Jose, CA on Wednesday, February 11, 2015I really liked these shorts when I was searching for shorts on Sierra Trading Post. I liked the green color and the ties at the knees. (We call them cat toys.) I was unsure of the sizing since folks were saying they ran large. I had lost some weight over the last 3 years and thought I was somewhere between a 12 and 14, so I ordered the 12. They were too large so returned them and reordered a 10. Woohoo! Yep, they fit fine. I love the cottony feel of the fabric. They will be great hiking and dog walking shorts. And they look good on this 62 year old bod.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tj from Huntington Beach on Wednesday, December 24, 2014I bought 4 pair of these because the sizing chart said the 10 would be equal to a 28.5 waist. I'd wear a 27 but I normally have to size up a bit to fit my legs. When these arrived, it was like I could fit another small human being in there with me, they were enormous! I asked a guy at work who wears a 32 waist pant to try them on and they were a good two inches too large even for him. The customer service girl said they have "fit models" try on all their items but someone sure dropped the ball on these. Or maybe they ate the ball before trying them on. Not thrilled, though they'd likely be nice shorts if they fit..
