Cabby CapVerified Buyer Reviewed by Donald from CA on Wednesday, June 13, 2018Really like this cap
Way too smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by DJ ex NOLA from VA on Monday, March 5, 2018I measured my head as directed with a tape measure and ordered a size larger as recommended. The hat wasn't even close to large enough. It was clownishly small on my head. I was kind of upset that I had to pay return shipping for something so mis-sized.
nice viewVerified Buyer Reviewed by Emily from Taiwan on Tuesday, February 20, 2018Fit was as expected love the length and Lightweight but warm.
Solid product but order a size upVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sam from Minnesota on Monday, February 12, 2018Stormy's website says their products run small, so I got a size 7 & 3/4 even though I normally wear a 7 & 5/8. The larger size fits perfectly. Very happy.
Yep, it runs small--maybe two sizes soReviewed by Steve from Western New York on Thursday, February 1, 2018I ordered the size that my measured head should take, and it fit like a yarmulke. I returned it for the next size up, and it's STILL uncomfortably snug--but I'm going to hope it will stretch into comfort. Can't afford to pay return shipping yet again. Had I to do it all over again, I'd have ordered two sizes (i.e., 0.25 inch total) larger.
Sizing problem aside, this is a very well-built cap, made of very high quality, tightly woven wool flannel. Stitching is perfectly straight and even, and all seams are perfectly aligned and finished. You would not see this level of fit and finish in a hat from Bangladesh or Pakistan, my friend. It truly does look like it's built to last. Now, if I can just get it to fit me well, I'll no doubt enjoy it for many years to come.
Run SmallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cheryl from Pennsylvania on Wednesday, January 24, 2018The hat is very well made; however, it runs very small. I ordered my husband's usual size, and was disappointed how small it was. I gave it to my six year old grandson rather than pay the shipping fee to return.
Very Nice Cap but Sizes Run SmallReviewed by Joshua O. from Adirondacks, NY on Sunday, January 21, 2018Extremely pleased with this cap but the sizes do run small. I ordered mine a little larger than I would normally order (my typical hat size is 7-3/8 to 7-1/2 so I ordered a 7-3/4 and it fits perfectly). Thank you to the folks that gave helpful reviews so I could order the right size the first time.
Looks nice fits shallowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Josh from Michigan on Saturday, January 13, 2018It’s a nice looking hat but for me it fit to shallow. I first ordered according to head circumference and it fit around but wouldn’t stay on. So I returned and ordered two sizes larger than it was considerably to big around and still set to shallow on my head to stay on. Returned item will try a different brand.
Good product, but order largerReviewed by Scott R. from New Jersey on Friday, January 12, 2018I needed a winter cap, and loved the look of this one. Ordered a size larger based on reviews. It is well made, and thrilled that it is American made, but is is very tight. I am a 7 1/4 and ordered a 7 3/8. It sits on top of my head like a beanie. You should order 2 sizes larger than you need based on what I received.
Good construction but runs smallReviewed by Buckwheat from Denver on Friday, January 12, 2018I love that this hat is made in the USA and it seems well constructed. I used the chart on this page to order and I fell squarely in the 7-71/8 (medium) measurements. a size 7 was a complete no-go and 7 1/8 is very tight. It cost me about $6 to exchange so I'm not going through a second return to move up to a 7 1/4.
