Clean up is a breeze: just pour some boiling water in the hot pan on the stove and it wipes clean when cooled off. I've done shrimp, chicken, tofu and veggies and it is flawless. I had purchased one from Costco a year ago. It was non-stick and lightweight. Everything stuck to it no matter how well oiled and I tossed it after several very frustrating experiences. This pan requires very little if any oil. I am always looking to see if they will carry a smooth griddle version from this same company. I have their fry pan and it is just as wonderfully reliable.

I already have an All Clad nonstick griddle and a Lodge grill/griddle. Since I have an glass electric cooktop, I use an infrared thermometer to better control cooking surface temperatures. I am very impressed with the minimal temperature variance from one point on the cooking surface to another (<= 8° F).
The grill does a nice job of caramelizing grill markings and can easily go straight from the cooktop to the oven. This makes the grill perfect for pan roasting salmon or Chilean sea bass. The ability to use metal utensils is very convenient. Cleanup is super easy. Hot water, dishwashing liquid, ScotchBrite heavy duty sponge, and limited elbow grease is all you'll need to restore a brand new look.
In short, quality and performance are excellent. The price makes this a high value/cost purchase.

Rack of Lamb, Beef, Fish, Veggies all very easy.
Still cleans up with a wet towel after 6 months of almost everyday use!
