As with all Swiss Diamond products, the heat distribution is perfect. Cleaning is easy. Nothing sticks. It uses little or no oil. I use some olive oil just for taste. I simmered a meat sauce for over two hours with the lid on. No overflowing and little reduction. And at this price, it is very affordable.

Not Induction Compatible (despite description in product listing)Reviewed by RAB from Illinois on Saturday, October 13, 2018This may be a fine pan, but I can't use it because it is not induction compatible. The description in the product listing is incorrect, and the material that comes with the pan clearly state that it cannot be used on an induction cooktop.
