I have not used them much, but I found that stacking two on top of each other worked best for me. They appear to be of excellent quality and construction.
If you are looking for the type of pillow that supports your neck and allows your head to rest level, these are not for you. -

I have been using them for about a week now and I like them. They remind me of the pillows at the sheraton hotels. I notice they might have to be flipped in the middle of night because the stuffing moved away and you head is flat on the bed. This type of pillow is my preference tho, where its not too firm and not too high.
