5.0 out of 5 stars. Stiffies!Verified Buyer Reviewed by danneyb from tahoe on Wednesday, January 14, 2015I really like these boots. They have a nice stiff flex for responsive steering, but the liners are comfy enough that your feet don't cringe putting them on. The only downside is it is a little hard getting your foot into the boot, but it's wrth it once they are in there.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent valueReviewed by Mountain Mom from Colorado Mtns. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014I was a bit concerned that this boot might be too still for me since I work in them 6- 8 hrs a day. They have forward flex adjustments available which took care of my issue. Be advised that these are very close fitting boots and will probably take a few days before your feet get comfortable. Excellent edge control and feel.
I have not worn them in very cold conditions so I have no idea as to how well they insulate. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Super Ski BootsReviewed by Anonymous from Wash. State on Friday, December 6, 2013Do not try to put these boots on if they are cold! I ordered these boots on the Wed. before Thanksgiving and got them the following Wed. It was cold here and I impatiently opened the box, got the boots out and tried to cram my foot onto the boot. It was a no go and I thought the boots would only fit those anatomical anomalies that can wear Lang boots. But after a while the boots warmed up and I gave it another try. They fit, they are as comfortable as any race boot can be, which is to say they are tight but not pinchy. No hot spots but will need to be tweeked. Hopefully when I take them in to have the thermo liners fitted they will "smooth out" a little. I have not taken them out on the hill yet but I anticipate no problem. I have worn Tecnica boots for years and they are the ones that work best for me. The last ones I bought were six years old. Parts were falling off so it was time replace them. They were also Diablo, the ones with the front hinge door, if any knows those that boot. But this is a very stiff boot with not a lot of gimicks. No walk release lever. The only thing that I might have a problem with is the lateral stiffening plate on the bottom of the boot. It is made out of metal and why they would want to put what amounts to a big heat sink on the sole of the boot is beyond me, hope they know what they are doing. I wear a size 9 D width shoe, also a high instep these boots fit great!
