Verified Buyer Reviewed by Islandgirl from Rhode Island on Monday, January 9, 2017Bought this as a sweat shirt type top layer, but I think it will be very versatile and could be worn as a four seasons sweat shirt. It is a nice soft material, not bulky and nice color. Even though it is a men's size, I am a female and sometimes buy men's sizes in shirts like this because the length is longer and covers my bum so I can wear with leggings and I get good coverage over front and back side.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Weninger from Montana on Monday, January 9, 2017He loves this shirt so much I had to buy another. Sierra trading post had the best prices out of everywhere I looked. Thank you so much!!!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Wild Basin Buddy from Colorado on Monday, January 2, 2017I got this fleece because I'm between SM-MD sizes in the common R1. Reviews here suggested that this runs small, so I thought I'd give the MD a try. I found that the MD Terramar fits me well - snug, but not too tight for my 39" chest. I like the thumb holes in the sleeves and the material seems to be good quality. My only complaint is that the neck piece comes up pretty high and puts some pressure on my adams apple, making it a bit uncomfortable. I can live with it for $25 and otherwise enjoy the top.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by photojon from Chicago suburbs on Tuesday, December 20, 2016This is my second one of these shirts. I can feel the little channels holding in body heat the instant I put this shirt on. The shirt has good stretch for range of motion. I often wear one of these with an insulated or wind stopping vest when I have cold weather shopping or work trips to make. So there is no need for a coat to get from the car to the building. It's then much more comfortable indoors than if I had kept my coat on.

Actual weight? Dunno... it is appropriately warmer than my smatrwool lightweight zip neck top, but the length is shorter and therefore more difficult for a tall person like myself to tuck. Good luck.
These shirts are incredibley light weight and warm. You will be amazed at the light weight and quality of the shirt. It is a must buy.
