Typical silk glove liners

These glove liners are very similar to every other pair of silk glove liners I've had...and I have several pair. I prefer silk to heavier materials because they are just as warm, and they don't diminish the level of dexterity that a particular glove does (or does not) provide. The only downside to silk is that you don't want to get it near velcro, because it will snag...pretty hard to avoid in any outerwear designed for winter sports.
