Good briefs
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Paul Castelloe from Asheville, NC on Wednesday, August 1, 2012
I bought these briefs as a less expensive alternative to Ex Officio mesh underwear. The Ex Officio underwear are superb and last forever, but they are expensive. I thought I would try these, since they are half the price. Initially, they seem great. They are as comfortable as the Ex Officio underwea... Read More

  • too big
Verified Buyer Reviewed by JunJun1 from Irvien, California on Wednesday, August 15, 2018
although these are size small briefs, they are made for someone who is maybe 6 feet tall... they are very high on the elastic area and are pretty uncomfortable. Ive ordered approximately 15 of these briefs already and didn't check them out. I immediately washed them and threw away the cardboard. These 3 briefs are too big and I can't return them because I've already washed them... Unfortunate I wasted over $20 dollars on these 3 items because I will never use them.

Went away from cottom briefs years ago, never regretted it. These are comfortable, wicking, keep you dry and comfortable as any. I would compare to Ex Officio any day. Sadly price is higher now and the same as Ex Officio. The mesh is a little more comfortable for me but they don't last quite as long. Now that I have retired to FL these are the only thing I'll wear. Waiting for a deal flyer special to come along before these go out of stock.

Excellent wicking and fast drying men's briefs, comfortable and true to size.
  • Great for Hiking

I have had some of these for years for hiking, kayaking etc. They are great and have held up for years. Bought some additional ones for long trips I do. They have updated the new ones I got recently with wider waistband, very nice.
  • Best ever
Verified Buyer Reviewed by James from NC on Monday, April 2, 2018
Best ever, the Terramar stays the coolest and dries the quickest, breaths great and has great odor control. Use these exclusively for multi day backpacking. Have tried others such as ex officio, REI, Smartwool and they are good but these are the best.

  • “How many of these come with a price ...?”
Asked by John from Vermont on 11/30/2015 6:40:17 PM
    • One in a package. Current price is $9.95. In the past these have occasionally sported an additional discount, and I have paid price between $6-$7. I have about 10 other brands of briefs, but this is the one I like the most, but this a very subjective evaluation.

    • One per package. With Cyber Monday Deals! Free Shipping + Extra 30% Off! my current price is $6.96. A very good but probably not the best price I have seen.

    • You only get one at that price. I will say that they are extremely comfortable, possibly the nicest briefs I have ever owned! Sometimes it's worth spending the extra money, since briefs are something you wear every day. Life's too short to wear uncomfortable underwear!

Can you tell me if the black ones are the pro-mesh style too or regular.”
