3.0 out of 5 stars. VERY thin and clingy, runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Momof3ontherun from Chicago on Tuesday, July 25, 2017This shirt is VERY thin (as in, I can't imagine wearing it without another layer underneath). It's also very clingy/form-fitting so unless you've got a flawless figure, it's probably not going to be very flattering. I'm usually a S or M; based on other reviews I ordered in both M and L but even the large looked ridiculously tight. I'm giving 3 stars for quality (based on my overall experience with this brand) and technical features, but sadly this won't work for me...

5.0 out of 5 stars. Kept me cool!Reviewed by Anonymous from Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 5, 2017I wore this hooded shirt while backpacking the Inca trail in Peru.
I thought it not only performed very well (wicking sweat away to cool me, and also keeping me warm), but it looked super cute, was very comfortable, and was light/ packed down well.
The only negative I can think of is that the seams/ threading have already begun to fray/ wear, but I'd still buy this shirt again in a heartbeat. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Pros and Cons to the thin materialVerified Buyer Reviewed by M.R. backcountry from California on Monday, July 3, 2017I've only worn this a couple of times so far, so I'm still making up mind about it, but I have some solid first impressions. At this point, I generally like the shirt, but it isn't quite the standalone, multi-use shirt I had hoped it would be. I would probably rate it closer to 3.5 stars.
The material is super thin, which is great because it means it's really lightweight and breaths incredibly well for being out in the sun. I stayed quite cool while running uphill in the sun, and was pretty happy about not having to slather on sunscreen before heading out. However, the thin material is also fairly translucent and a bit clingy, so the feeling of being exposed is something to keep in mind. I'm also not sure how durable this will be in the long run.
I bought this shirt in yellow, and it is bright! I wanted something visible for running, so this fits the bill, but if it was toned down a bit from the highlighter effect, it might transition better into being a more casually wearable shirt.
I have purchased other shirts from Terramar and have always worn small. The sizing guide also confirmed that I would be a small for this shirt, but it is actually a bit tighter than I tend to wear my exercise shirts. I would think about a medium next time, especially if they had a color I wanted in medium. I'm a little over 5'5'' and weigh about 140 lbs. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Really PrettyVerified Buyer Reviewed by SnowGypsy from Kansas on Saturday, May 27, 2017This is a really pretty pink as pictured. It is very lightweight and airy. It does however wrinkle badly if you stuff in a bag.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice overall baseVerified Buyer Reviewed by Pat from PG from Yellow (some say green) on Sunday, April 16, 2017This is a little tight for the size (med) and have to be aware what shows. But for a second layer on running is really nice. Wife really likes it overall.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love, Love this fabricVerified Buyer Reviewed by KatyB from Charleston, SC on Thursday, April 13, 2017The fabric on this hooded shirt is amazing feeling - great water repellant. We love water sports so this is the ultimate shirt for sun protection, wind and rain.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Interesting fabric. Definitely CoolVerified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoorsy Teacher from Central Washington State on Thursday, April 6, 2017I ordered the large and found it a bit small in sleeve and torso length. The stretchy fabric is cool tech. I find it feels a bit like a balloon, soft but stretchy. The neck is high in front, so high someone told me I had my shirt on backwards. However it was very comfortable and it was remarkably cooling!
