Still waiting...

The first pair of sandals I received were really nice, loved the color and the sizing was spot on. The only problem was the piece of leather on the side that attaches the front of the sandal to the back. It was stretched and too long causing it to bow out. I sent them back for an exchange which is usually no problem. Unfortunately, whoever processed the exchange, sent them to the wrong address. The shoes were delivered, but not to me. I called Sierra trading post when I tracked my order via ups and saw the mistake. They said they would resend the sandals and place a tracing order on the exchange. Never heard from them, so I called again and my sandals still haven't been sent out. The first customer service rep didn't do as they said, they closed out the order, and now everything is in limbo. I just want my shoes or a refund!!!!! Easy peasy!! It's been almost a month... I'm giving 2 stars more for the customer service than for the shoes. The shoes I'd rate a 4 overall.
