Excellent Sandals

My last pair of Tevas, which I purchased in 2004, finally got to the point where the strap anchors were pulling out of the soles, so I bought these Teva Hurricanes in June 2011. The top side of the new sandals is identical to the 2004 sandals, but in the interim Teva has added many more models and names, and the new pair has thinner soles than the older pair. These are great for water and beach wear, but not quite heavy and cushiony enough to do serious hiking and climbing in the Appalachians. Don't get me wrong, I love the Hurricane sandals, and at [...] they are a tremendous value.
