I think I have 8 of these sandals in different colors. They have one issue, when it rains, if you're on slick city sidewalks, staircases, etc, they can be very slick. Also the bottom of them is permeable enough that I've gotten broken glass working all the way through them and then coming out in the... Read More

I bought these because some other reviewers said that they had good arch support. Maybe some of the colors do...but the blue/grey ones that I got have NO arch support. If the return postage was less, I'd return them. I may try to glue in arch support pads (Dr. Scholl's sells some silicone ones. They won't stay in sandals with the double-face tape provided, but I've had decent luck gluing them in other sandals.)
I wish these had arch support, since I like the color and the heel height.
My other option might be to wear them as slippers in the house, or use them as pool sandals.

I bought these for my daughter who has a true medium foot and the straps were a little too tight. She is hoping they loosen with wear. True to size, cute, and well made.

Better than flip-flops. Offers style, comfort, support and a little height! This is my third order!

I liked the way these felt at first, but after wearing them for an hour or so, they hurt my feet. I have a high instep so they might just be too tight. I'll wear them because it isn't unbearable, just wish they felt less binding.

These sandals run a bit small; I typically wear 7.5 in most shoes but had to get an 8 (webpage advises size down). They might rub a bit between the toes but are great for the pool or around town. They are very comfortable for the bottom of the foot. A good purchase!

    • I wear a size 10, and order a size 10, and they fit well!

    • This item is only available in whole sizes. "Half sizes order down" only applies if you normally wear a half size, otherwise you should order your usual size.

  • “Does the wedge design make your feet slide forward when walking?”
Asked by fizzywater from California on 7/18/2016 5:18:36 PM
    • I haven't had any problems with my feet sliding. They're comfortable and stylish. No complaints :-)

    • That has not been my experience. The heel is flattering but not very high.

    • The wedge does make my feet slide forward slightly when walking but it helps to keep them on and the strap material is soft and so it is comfortable. I where my sandals every day and this design would not stop me from buying another pair.

    • Slightly, but once your feet have settled into the shoes, they don't move much. I'm on my second pair and the only reason I replace them is because the soles wear down in front where my toes are and then my toes start to rub against the ground when I walk. But I wear my shoes nearly every day during the warm months.
Answered on 7/19/2016 11:13:32 AM by Machelle from Colorado
    • They seem to be average width. They aren't particularly tight or loose on the feet. Of course the fabric loosens/stretches a bit with wear. The way the straps are configured allows the shoes to sort of self adjust to each persons feet. So most feet should fit and be comfortable in these shoes.

    • They are average width and should fit most feet. The way the straps are configured allow for a comfortable fit for a variety of shapes of feet.
This is my second pair and the shoes co form perfectly to my feet and are always comfortable. I can wear them all day and my feet aren't sore.

    • Yes - medium width. Seems to be similar to my other sandals. I LOVE these. The pink ones are my second pair. I got the first pair last year and have worn
them a LOT - can even walk short to medium distances in comfort.

    • My shoe size is a true 9M - consistent with most every shoe brand. I don't recall now if the sandal straps were narrow and then stretched slightly to accommodate my medium width. They are very comfortable so you might want to give them a try.

    • Height of the sole under the toe area is 5/8", so there is a 1 3/8" difference. I love these sandals, very comfortable, and I dont feel like I am wearing heels. I can wear them to the beach or dress them up with a skirt-love them!!

    • I have an average width foot and the straps are always a bit loose on me, and become a little looser thru wear. Yes they stretch, but are not elastic.
Answered on 7/20/2015 3:13:08 PM by pea from California
    • They do not stretch, my foot is average width and they fit ok. I would not recommend for a wide forefoot.

    • The straps are not adjustable but they do stretch. I have bunions; after a short break in the straps are very comfortable, altho where the bunions are my foot does extend over the edge of the footbed slightly. But they are still very comfortable. I just wish they hadn't changed the bottom to make it narrower, it seems like you could roll your ankle more easily in these than the old version which was straight from the footbed to the bottom, not sloping in.

    • No, they are not adjustable.

    • They are not adjustable. The straps are made from nylon webbing. They are smooth with almost no stretch.

    • The straps do not adjust but there is a little "give" in them without overstretching.

    • I have a wide foot, too. They stretched for me after about 6 times of wearing them, for awhile each time. They're a bit uncomfortable at first but once they're stretched, they're VERY comfy! Hope this helps!!

    • They do stretch, but not that much. I would size up if that is an issue. They are pretty medium--not wide, not narrow. If you get them wet with hot tap water and then wear them around until they dry then they do stretch some, but not tons. I'd go up a half size and then try them on, and if you just need a little stretching, then go for it, but if you will need a lot, then I'd return and try a different style.

    • The straps aren't adjustable but do stretch a bit. I usually wear a medium width shoe and ordered a half size up to accommodate both width and a high arch. They fit great.

    • They were a bit tight on me when I first got them and I'm a 6 1/2 to 7 medium size. They do not "stretch" but I have gotten used to the straps snugness. It does not bother me. At first I thought it would but now I appreciate how these actually stay on my feet. I find the wedge angle of these a bit awkward though and often choose my flat Tevas over these. They are cute and a great price but not the most comfortable
