Reviewed by the_magikal_bean from Texas on Friday, June 16, 2017prefect sandals for demanding traction. they are comfortable, have good traction, and are lightweight. the straps have plenty of padding.
Reviewed by Kayaker from Maryland on Wednesday, May 17, 2017The plastic piece that joins together the straps at the ankle bites into my ankle and has created a wound. Never had that problem with Tevas before. Not sure what is up, but be wary of this particular model. Or wear sox :-(

“Just got terrafilites. I have flat feet, especially on my right foot. Where my arch should be on the right feels like it slightly over hanging the inside of the sandal. Was wondering if the inside may flatten a little under my body weight and create a flatter arch in that part of the sandal?”

“ Are "Teva Terra Fi Lite Sport Sandals" suitable for going in the ocean? I need sandals for walking across a rocky beach which I can then clip to a waistband while I snorkel, so they must be able to handle prolonged salt water exposure.
I wear my sandals while hiking and kayaking rivers and lakes. That includes dragging the kayak through mud, muck, and climbing on rocks. My Tevas hold up better than any other brand I have found. I am originally from Rhode Island, the "Ocean State", and have worn Teva sandals in the ocean there with no problems. I believe as long as you rinse the salt from them between uses they should do pretty well.
Greetings friend, I should mention that these sandals have found it very resistant to sharp rocky Galapagos, and high salt concentration of the sea floor. It is my experience with them, I hope to help you make your best decision.
I don't spend much time in salt water, but I have no reason to think they would do poorly. I've been a Teva sandal user for over 20 years. They are my default shoe in the summer unless I am mowing or running.
According to our fit models these sandals are running true to size, you should order a 9.5.
