I just bought these as I do a lot of boating on the Congaree river in South Carolina. Primarily protection for the docks and against glass/ sharp objects around in the sand. They are very light and worked great. I normally wear an 11.5 in most shoes ( ex. Brooks running) except Nikes i wear a 12.... Read More

True sizing, great fit and excellent quality. I would buy again.
  • Excellent water shoes

These shoes are excellent when it comes to crossing streams and for warm weather boating. I took them out fishing where I had to cross the creek several times. They performed perfectly. %100 waterproof. Good grip on mud rocks and dirt. These are so much better than another pair if Tevas I have. They appear to be more durable.

I just bought these as I do a lot of boating on the Congaree river in South Carolina. Primarily protection for the docks and against glass/ sharp objects around in the sand. They are very light and worked great. I normally wear an 11.5 in most shoes ( ex. Brooks running) except Nikes i wear a 12. My dress shoes are anywhere from 11 to 11.5 (Johnston&Murphy, Cole Haan etc.). I ordered an 11 and 11.5; the 11 fits how i would normally wear a shoe, being these will be worn without socks a 10.5 may have actually been a better call. I wanted to go ahead and wear out this past weekend so i just ended up keeping the 11 and i'm sending the 11.5 back.
  • Hubby Loves Them!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by CaseyL from Massachusetts on Thursday, June 7, 2018
I was unsure whether or not my husband would like the style of these, but he loves them and said they're very comfortable and true to size. He has problems with his feet and often has to wear orthodics in his shoes and he said these are really comfy just as they are. We have a boat, dock, etc. and he often has to trudge through water so hopefully these will drain and dry as advertised!

About Teva

When a young river guide named Mark Thatcher started building his own sandals back in the 1980s, he had no idea his creation would eventually become a household name in the outdoor footwear industry. Today, Teva sandals are considered a pioneering force in go-anywhere utility. From muddy river bottoms to dusty trails to city sidewalks, Teva shoes and sandals are designed to provide the ultimate mix of lightweight support, superior traction and unique style. Over the past quarter century, Teva footwear has expanded its hybrid roots, defying the limitations and taking on new territory. With grippy rubber outsoles and anatomically designed footbeds, Teva sandals and shoes provide the support you need to paddle, hike, explore and generally have a blast outside.
